This dispute sheet will have pre-formatted response options to choose from on why the negative items are questionable. Please apply a suitable dispute to all of the questionable items on your report.

Once we receive your report with the disputes, we start the credit repair process by utilizing various credit repair strategies to directly challenge questionable items on your reports with the credit bureaus. This step is repeated several times, with each cycle tackling a few questionable items and disputes on your credit reports at a time.
As we are working hard to dispute your items on your reports, you should receive updates regarding progress from the credit bureaus. It is essential that you forward each update received to us in timely fashion, so we can track which questionable items have been deleted.
Defend Your Credit

The credit bureaus by law have 30 days to investigate your dispute. After that, they must inform you of their results and send you a copy of your updated report. It usually takes 60 days from the day we send a dispute to the day you receive an updated report. When you receive a response from a bureau, make a copy of the updated report for your records then send the original to us. With this information we will update your account and send you a new progress report on your credit repair project. These progress reports will be delivered to your e-mail every other week.
This 4 step cycle sometimes needs to be executed multiple times until the questionable items have been removed and as each new cycle begins, hopefully there will be less questionable items on your credit reports. Still, it is important to know that at times this requires taking legal action to remove inaccuracies.
